By resolution of the C.E.O., Monzesi Srl adopts this Organization, Management and Control Model, aimed at preventing and combating the risk of crimes that, pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, entail the administrative responsibility of the Company that has had an interest or taken advantage of the crime committed.
The C.E.O. of Monzesi, with this Model, formalises and describes principles, rules of conduct and management protocols for specific sensitive processes, in order to prevent and counter the risk that the Company is under investigation or condemned as responsible for offenses arising from crimes attributable to other corporate subjects.
Monzesi is a leading international company in the design and manufacturing of centerless and double disc grinding machines. Monzesi guarantees qualified, competent and timely technical assistance, aiming at continuous improvement of its products, know-how and technologies.
The Company releases this Organizational Model and the Code of Ethics, inside and outside the Company, so that the C.E.O., the General Manager, the executives, the personnel and the collaborators as well as, in general, the people who entertain relations with the Company, can view them and conform to its ethical-behavioral principles, values and norms. In particular, Monzesi takes care of a widespread diffusion of the 231 principles and of corporate ethics in its own companies based abroad.
This document represents and defines the Management, Organization and Control Model of Monzesi, pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and subsequent updates, in order to prevent and counter the risk that the Company is under investigation or condemned as responsible for offenses deriving from crimes attributable to other corporate subjects.
